What does the company do to maintain the privacy of the customer’s information?

Rules for browsing safely

In addition to the information security measures the Company takes, it is recommended that you take the following actions to guarantee browsing safely in the application and on the website:

  • As soon as you enter the website, you must make sure that the address in the browser window displays a closed lock icon. This icon indicates that the communication between your computer and the website is secure. You must also make sure that your smartphone is configured for your personal use only and cannot be accessed by any other party (including by locking access to the smartphone by a means known only to you and automatically locking the screen when not in use).
  • It is recommended to avoid identifying the account when the device is connected to wireless internet (Wi-Fi) that is not recognized or secured.
  • It is necessary to be careful about opening SMS messages that contain a link as it may be a link to an impersonating website or alternatively, messages that contain a request to send identifying information. If you receive such a message or any other message that seems suspicious, avoid responding to the message and clicking on the links that appear in it.
  • Use devices according to the supplier’s instructions, and do not use devices that have been hacked or that have had their operating system modified.
  • It is recommended to update versions of the device’s operating system – some system updates include security updates.
  • You must take appropriate security measures (such as antiviruses, intrusion into computers, data loss, disclosure of secrets, etc.), resulting from a link to external communication networks or from the ability to receive files and other information from various sources.
  • It is recommended to install an antivirus application that protects the device and the computer continuously.
  • Access to the account will only be possible by entering your username and password or by facial/fingerprint recognition. The verification details are personal and exclusive to you, and they shall be used only by you for the purpose of identifying and performing actions when you use the account.
